These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cheriki Nails website and your purchase of products from Cheriki Nails. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

Online Store Terms

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to make the purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information.

Products

Cheriki Nails offers handmade press-on nails and related nail accessories. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, placement, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and device display settings.

All nail sets are currently available in Medium only. Please review the listed measurements before ordering.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Inventory errors
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment of an order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees will be shown or calculated during checkout where available.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors before fulfilling an order.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and expiry dates. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be applied to previous purchases
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• May be limited to one use per customer

We may modify or end a promotion where reasonably necessary, but changes will not affect eligible orders already accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Use and Safety

Please follow all application, removal, adhesive, and product instructions provided with your order.

Avoid contact between nail glue and the skin or eyes. Keep nail glue and small accessories away from children. Stop using a product if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Cheriki Nails is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper application or removal, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to product warnings, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

The Cheriki Nails name, logo, website design, product photographs, graphics, written content, and original nail designs are owned by or licensed to Cheriki Nails.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Social Media and Customer Content

If you tag Cheriki Nails in a social media post, you retain ownership of your content. Tagging us does not automatically transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial use.

We may contact you to request permission before reposting or using your content on our website or social media channels.

Any free-shipping or promotional offer connected to social sharing is subject to its stated conditions and verification.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• To interfere with the security or operation of the website
• To introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• To collect another person’s information without authorization
• To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
